Overall, it was still fine, but I did catch myself thinking, ‘Oof, that postage is a bit much.’ Not a dealbreaker, just a little higher than I expected.

I sent my return back and it was delivered quickly, but for some reason the refund took ages to actually show up. I kept checking my emails and bank app every few days, which got annoying after a while.
Customer service did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was completely ignored, but I still felt like I was just waiting with no real update. I did get the money back in the end, but it was much slower than I expected.
